ARS at Spud Days in Shelley, ID
The ARS Idaho team participated in the annual Spud Days Spud Tug in Shelley, Idaho this last weekend. The Spud Tug consists of a tug-o-war over a pit filled with mashed potatoes. They use so much mashed potatoes for this annual event that a cement truck is used to mix the mashed potatoes before pouring it into the pit.
